DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Yes, we work with returns from wholesale customers. Returns/exchanges are available for damaged items that can be proven to be defective. If you wish to return damaged products, contact the URBN® manager who supervised your order and discuss the return.

What is the interest of nicotine-free products?
URBN® ZERO is nicotine-free and is designed for two situations:
- A person likes the taste and pleasure of vape but wants to reduce regular nicotine consumption. One can take URBN® ZERO and gradually replace the nicotine flavors.
- When a person meets friends or colleagues and there are moments of pauses (for example, everyone goes out for a smoke), with URBN® ZERO you can stay with them, but with pure pleasure and without the consequences of nicotine.

Tell us about URBN®
URBN® was founded in 2016. Until 2019 they produced e-liquids: 10 products, 73 flavors, 4000 outlets, 7 countries. In 2021 we switched to the production of disposable electronic vaporizers under our own brand, on an independent production line in China. The team consists of mixologists with 7+ years of experience in vape production.
We are already working in the markets of Europe, Russia and the CIS. Now we are entering the US market and are looking for a partner/distributor for cooperation.
